We are a not-for-profit new community Arts and Wellness studio in the Eden Valley - a community-centred space and artists studios, running exhibitions, workshops, learning opportunities, talks and events.

Our PROGRAMME

The Studio is the working space for resident visual artist, illustrator and producer Kate Gilman Brundrett, and visiting artists and creative thinkers. In addition The Studio is home to a huge range of activities broadly under the banners of creativity and wellness, plus a host of community-centred events. The space is also available for hire to groups and businesses and for meetings and development days. Get in touch for hire prices and professional support.

Our activities includes:

• a weekly programme of classes including yoga and pilates

• regular projects including Saturday Art Club, Creative Cuppa and Tuesday Tea and Talk

• one-off bespoke creative and wellbeing based workshops, often hosted by guest artists

• health related talks

• art residencies and exhibitions bringing UK artists to the Studio

• Hen/Stag and group activities, group and corporate hire days

• Community events and open days

• The Studio is also available to hire to corporates and organisations, as well as workshop practitioners and individuals
  

Our Mission

...is to facilitate exhibitions and events, run workshops and residencies, engage and co-create with artists and the community to explore and encourage creative exploration of art and wellbeing.

...and to create a safe, creative space that is inclusive, providing access to arts and wellbeing expertise not easily accessible in our rural setting.
