Being With Loss
explore experiences and feelings connected to loss in a safe, creative and gentle way.
We have all experienced loss - whether it is the loss of a loved one, innocence, betrayal, leaving a place or job, at some point in our lives. Loss is clearly a part of life but the recovery can take time to process, and this too is a part of life.
This creative workshop invites us to explore our experiences and feelings connected to loss in a safe, artful and gentle way.
During the session we will use conversation, art and meditation to facilitate our explorations. You will create 2 meaningful artworks to take home.
You will need to bring an A5 (or smaller) image with you to work from. Something which connects you to the loss you are or have experienced. This image will get damaged so bring a copy of not the original.
Wear old clothes as you may get messy!
